Profile:
Attend all enquiries, fix appointments, receive guests at the clinic. Ensure customer satisfation, Data entry of consultation formats & guest feedback forms, database updation & management. Confirmation of appointments & treatments. Ensuring timely & responsible opening & closing of the clinic. Maintain CRM, hygiene & cleanliness in the reception area.

Qualification:
Knowledge of the hospitality industry, computer proficiency - MS Office, Fluency in English, Hindi, Gujrati & Marathi. Good communication & presentation skills & Customer Relation Skills a must.

Certification as a skin-practitioner with atleast 2 month training program at any wellknown training institute on advanced skin services Administer advanced skin care services like micro current, micro dermabrasion, laser etc Ensure high level of customer service.
